Congratulations to Sam Middleton of Chas Middleton & Son for his sale of 3,624 acres in Baylor County, Texas, this week. The sale of Zesch Ranch occurred on March 16 and was submitted through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program. The ranch had been listed for sale for four months.

Presented as a functional, working cattle ranch, Zesch Ranch sits in Baylor County close to the county seat, Seymour, and offers a well-managed country tract within convenient driving range of the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex.
