Presented as a functional, working cattle ranch, Zesch Ranch sits in Baylor County close to the county seat, Seymour, and offers a well-managed country tract within convenient driving range of the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex.

Along with two wet-weather creeks and 15 tanks scattered throughout, the ranch offers abundant cover to attract significant wildlife. Species here include whitetail deer, turkey, quail and hogs. The property is also marketed to offer significant duck and dove hunting opportunities.

Baylor County is a small, largely agricultural region, with ranches here set up to farm wheat, cotton along with livestock. In a nod to Baylor County’s ranching heritage, the town of Seymour actually hosts one of the state’s oldest cowboy gatherings, the annual Old Settler’s Reunion & Rodeo.
