Tucked between the Intracoastal Waterway and a network of local bayous, the property is marketed as having some of the best duck-hunting habitat in the country, along with opportunities to hunt quail and other waterfowl. A series of cross-fenced pastures offer options to graze cattle, as well as farmland prime for growing crops such as rice, milo and soybean.
The 9,600-acre tract lies about 45 minutes of Houston and touches parts of Galveston and Brazoria counties. Not only an important shipping and commercial hub, the region offers plenty of recreation and access to the beaches and waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
