The TJ Del Rio Ranch is an investment-grade ranch with a multitude of both operational and investment opportunities for its new buyer. The ranch is located just outside of Del Rio and boasts excellent road access plus proximity to Del Rio International Airport. The ranch is a 2.5-hour drive west of San Antonio.
Boasting a number of improvements, the ranch sits atop gently rolling terrain that’s characteristic of this part of Texas. Well watered for the region with numerous creeks winding miles through the ranch, multiple surface ponds are in place along the creeks to hold water for livestock or wildlife year round.
