Congratulations to Greg Walker and Robert Martin with Walker & Martin Ranch Sales for their sale of 9,481-acre Canyon Colorado Ranch in Mora County, New Mexico. The December 7 sale was both the week’s largest and most expensive land sale based on data available through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program.
