LandWatch has been redesigned to provide a superior land buying and selling experience. By reducing page content and building a platform optimized for tablet and mobile phone visitors in addition to desktop browsers, we have substantially upgraded the existing branding and listing enhancement ad units.

Our new and improved advertising products are adaptive to all screen sizes, integrated with buyers’ search activities, and drive increased buyer leads with more prominent calls to action.

SKYSCRAPER BANNERS are now SEARCH RESULTS BANNERS

  • Redesigned from traditional vertical placements to dynamic horizontal banners that display and resize across all devices – an up to 3X increase in views
  • Appear in-line with relevant search results to drive better engagement
  • Limited to 3 spots on search results pages to make your ads stand out
  • Required to promote your brokerage, sales event (such as an auction) or land development
  • Also available on Lands of America

BUYER’S AGENT MODULES are now LAND SPECIALIST ADS

  • Redesigned with emphasized calls-to-action
  • Now appear after the second listing in search results pages across all devices
  • Required to feature you as an agent with a headshot and succinct professional profile with up to 350 characters including spaces
  • Also available on Lands of America, and Land And Farm for exposure across the entire network

STATE-LEVEL SHOWCASE PROPERTIES

  • Enhanced with much larger ad display and branding across all devices
  • Appear in-line in search results where buyers’ attention is focused to drive better engagement
  • Ranks ahead of all other listings when a user is searching in the target State or Property Category

REGIONAL SHOWCASE PROPERTIES are now FEATURED PROPERTIES

  • Enhanced with much larger ad display and branding across all devices
  • Appear in-line in search results where buyers’ attention is focused to drive better engagement
  • Show up in all County and City searches (plus region-level searches for Signature members)
  • Also available on Lands of America, and Land And Farm for exposure across the entire network

  • Enlarged to be 2X the size (1095×65 pixels) of the current desktop ad
  • Promote your brokerage, sales event (such as an auction) or land development

A small portion of the ad units on the old LandWatch.com do not have a place on the new platform. If any of your ad units fall into this category, you have be notified.
