John Hendricks, founder of the Discovery Channel, has listed a collection of Colorado ranch properties that reflect his long-standing appreciation for nature and the American West.
The largest of the listings is West Creek Ranch, a 1,056-acre property near Gateway, Colorado. Built by Hendricks in 2002 as a personal retreat, the 22,676-square-foot main residence is now on the market for $45 million. The property features a mix of red rock formations, riverfront, and open desert terrain.
In addition to West Creek Ranch, two other Hendricks-owned properties have recently been listed: Sky Mesa Ranch, encompassing 5,794 acres and priced at $19 million, and Unaweep Canyon Ranch, a 937-acre parcel listed for $7.5 million.
Together, the three ranches offer a rare opportunity to acquire a significant footprint in one of Colorado’s most scenic and private regions.
