The winery is also equipped with state-of-the-art production and storage facilities including a concrete crushing pad and ten stainless-steel tanks with a carrying capacity of almost 29,000 gallons.
Paso Robles Wine Country numbers over 200 wineries, many of which are small boutique vineyards like J&J. Zinfandel is the area’s heritage grape varietal, although the Paso Robles AVA has earned acclaim for its Bordeaux varieties, particularly the Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as a number of innovative Paso Robles blends. Wine tourism is popular for California locals as well as visitors from further afield, who come to enjoy the vineyards along with other area attractions such as Morro Bay, Hearst Castle and the scenic drive up the Pacific Coast Highway.
