Kenny Rogers’ Georgia estate, Beaver Dam Farms, is back on the market this week with a significant price reduction from its earlier list price of $18 million. Now listed for sale at $6.9 million, the 973-acre property was conceived and built by the legendary country-music singer over a period of almost 15 years and includes an 18-hole golf course that Rogers developed through his passion for the game.

Beaver Dam Farms is located to the east of Athens, Georgia, and only 100 miles from the manicured fairways of Augusta National, from which Rogers drew some of the inspiration for his own course. Originally a three-hole course for Rogers to enjoy between tours, the layout now boasts a par-72 championship rating with narrow tree-lined fairways and plentiful water hazards that mirror its famous neighbor to the east.
Other attractive amenities include a 72,000-square-foot equestrian center with boarding facilities, paddocks and training areas, plus seven guest homes throughout the property to complement the sprawling 13,850-square-foot, seven-bedroom main residence. The carefully-tended grounds are dotted by multiple large freshwater lakes and 600 acres of woods that include a 220-acre tract of pine plantation.
With its diverse attributes and convenient setting close to the metro Atlanta region, Beaver Dam Farms is positioned for sale for a number of different possible uses, from a private family compound to timeshare property to corporate retreat. Beaver Dam Farms is being offered at auction to qualified bidders. Contact the listing broker for more via this link.
