Top Keyword Searches

June saw the arrival of our new property types feature, meaning sellers can now classify their listings with up to three property types (including as farms, ranches, hunting land and waterfront property; view the full list of new property-type searches below). This powerful new feature offers a robust way for land buyers to view properties organized by specific land-use type, plus see land listings with or without on-property residences for sale. Other top keyword searches included queries for “olive,” “quail” and “pond.”

Note to sellers: When adding new property listings, be sure to complete as much of your listing profile as possible—the more information you include, the more ways a buyer can find via the various search tools and filters we have available on the Lands of America platform!
