Assembled over several decades, the ranch is completely high-fenced with nearly seven miles of Lindsey Creek traversing the entire property north to south. It boasts selective big game genetics and has a 2,700+/- acre Level III TPWD Managed Lands Deer pasture on the northern 5,000+/- acres.

This rare large ranch retreat served as a corporate hunting operation for the previous owners, with various native deer, turkey and varmints available to hunt. With its abundant surface water, the property also provides excellent seasonal dove, duck and other migratory bird hunting. Quail populations have been strong over the last couple of years, with both bobwhite and blue quail available for the game-bird hunting enthusiast.

Kinney County is a large rural area that abuts the Mexico border near Jiménez. Along with a number of sprawling game ranches, the county is home to natural attractions like Kickapoo Cavern State Park, known for its labyrinth of large underground caves and visiting colonies of migratory bats.
