Set between Houston and Beaumont, the marketable acreage offers excellent access from I-80 and solid potential as a recreational or investment opportunity. Despite being on the fringes of one of the most booming cities the country, Chambers County’s location between Houston’s inland bay and Gulf of Mexico mean the region offers its share of natural and outdoor attractions. The Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge is home to ‘gators, migratory birds and other coastal wildlife species, while a number of small wineries, orchards and area outfitters offer a chance to explore and sample local cuisine and culture.
