Situated about 20 miles north of Comstock in southwestern Texas, the sprawling ranch covers a landscape of rolling hills, deep canyons and seasonal creeks. Typical of an area that sits atop the limestone-formed Edwards Plateau, the habitat here is ideal for large populations of whitetail deer, Aoudad, turkey, quail, dove and other varmints.

Along with hunting, other future uses for the property include cattle ranching. A modest ranch home anchors the ranch headquarters, offering electricity and water, RV hookups, as well as two barns and two sets of working cattle pens.

This week’s sale continues an impressive 2016 for Robert Dullnig, broker and owner of San Antonio’s Dullnig Ranches at Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty. He was recently the recipient of the Land.com Network’s Texas LAND Star award for total sales of $118.8 million in 2016.
