Congratulations to Dan McEwen, broker/owner of McEwen Group, LLC for his sale of 1,000-acre Chimney Rock Farm in north-central Tennessee’s Pickett County. This $2.6-million sale was recorded on October 4 through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program.

Straddling the Tennessee-Kentucky line, this unique property sits adjacent to over 900,000 acres of continuous national forest. Its namesake rock formation overlooks a forested area filled with trails, hidden caves and places to explore.
