Dry Creek Ranch is a one-of-a-kind livestock and recreational property with potential for future development, offering 1,671 deeded acres with 20 acres of well irrigation water rights, 3500+/- acres of BLM/State grazing allotments, three ponds, catch ponds for livestock water and a seasonal creek. Improvements include two ranch homes, a barn, two shops and pastures that are fenced, cross-fenced and gated. Own an entire valley with abundant wildlife. Dry Creek Ranch is seven miles from Prineville and Prineville Reservoir State Park, a popular recreation spot that’s centered around the 15-mile-long, 3,000-acre reservoir fed by the Crooked River.

Located to the east of Bend, Oregon, Crook County is set in the high-desert region of central Oregon, with a mix of ranch and farming properties amidst a landscape rife with outdoor adventures including skiing, rock climbing, kayaking and mountain biking. The craft-brew scene ain’t bad here, either, with Crooked River Brewing and Ochoco Brewing both calling Prineville home.
