Congratulations to Mike Newsome with Macon, Georgia-based U.S. Land & Farms his sale this week of the 1,316-acre Glade Creek tract in eastern Tennessee this week.

The largest sold acreage recorded through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program, the property offers ridgetop views and excellent recreational opportunities across a landscape of rolling slopes shaded with a canopy of hardwood trees. Wildlife here include deer and wild turkeys.

Glade Creek sits in the scenic countryside to the north of Chattanooga, Tennessee, one of the region’s most vibrant cities. Local highlights in Bledsoe County, where the acreage is located, include Fall Creek Falls State Park, an expansive 26,000-acre park known for its unique geological formations and scenic waterfalls.
