This sale occurred on March 10, 2017, and was submitted through the Lands of America Comparable Sales Program. The 442-acre ranch sold for its asking price of $1.5 million.
Located on the western flank of the Black Hills region, Eagle Ridge Ranch is a pristine recreational property that offers diverse topography, expansive views and prime wildlife habitat. It sits between the Wyoming towns of Sundance and Beulah, as well as close to the outdoorsy hub of Spearfish, South Dakota. Access to the Black Hills National Forest is within a 15-minute drive. The ranch conveyed with 442 deeded acres and an adjoining 320-acre State lease.
The ranch occupies the crest of hill overlooking a landscape of wooded hills, canyons and rolling hay meadows.
