The Marley Creek Ranch is divided into ten low-fenced pastures. A three-bedroom hunting lodge is located near the southeastern side of the ranch, plus there is also an RV camp with multiple hook-ups located on the northeast side of the ranch. The ranch has two sets of cattle pens near the center of the property.
The abundant native wildlife consists of whitetail deer, dove, quail, axis and hogs. Thick native brush provides cover and forage, while five ponds scattered throughout the ranch provide drinking water for wildlife and livestock.
