
Listed as sold on November 12, 2018, Rancho Buena Vista occupies a landscape of rolling hills and long canyons in the rugged desert terrain of far-west Texas, about an hour east of El Paso. With steep mountain slopes rising up to elevations of 5,600 feet, the ranch is prime hunting territory for wildlife including mule deer, aoudad sheep and blue quail. The Rancho Buena Vista sale was brokered by San Angelo, Texas-based Chip Cole & Associates, Ranch Brokers. The same group also recorded this week’s biggest land sale by value, that of 3,409-acre Mustang Ranch in Concho County, which was recorded as sold through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program for $5.1 million.
