Congratulations to Robert Dullnig, Dullnig Ranches/Kuper Sotheby’s for his sale of 2,519 acres in Zavala County, Texas. The sale of the $7.2-million hunting ranch was recorded on August 23, 2018, through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program, making it the largest land sale for the week.

With a landscape of diverse brush, rolling terrain and a large creek bottom, the ranch offers an abundance of native wildlife including whitetail deer. A large lake plus installed irrigation system provide water, while improvements include a good road system and barndominium-style lodging.
