Set amidst a diverse landscape of rock bluffs, hardwood timber, waterfalls and productive food plots, this undeveloped acreage offers good potential for a hunting lodge, hunting cabins, weekend getaway or an investment property. Located in Haskell County, it’s less than four hours from Dallas, three hours from Oklahoma City and two from Tulsa.
In an area known for its whitetail deer, wildlife here number deer, turkey, bear and small game. No hunting has been allowed on this property for the past several years, something that was enforced by the previous owner.
