Sold for just over $488 per acre, the ranch lies south of Fort Stockton amidst a rugged landscape that’s home to a number of historic cattle-ranching operations and herds of free-ranging mule deer, elk and javelina. Bird life in the area includes blue quail, dove, raptors and a number of migratory bird species. The ranch itself includes a modest headquarters with a two-bedroom, one-bath cabin, cattle pens and two water wells.
