Congratulations to Triangle Realty for recording the three largest land sales this week through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program. Two of the properties, 3,150-acre Huff Ranch and 2,381 YOES Ranch, both in Texas’ Gray County, were listed as sold before processing. The third, Coldwater Creek Ranch is 2,071-acre cattle ranch in the Texas Panhandle’sSherman County.
Coldwater Creek Ranch is situated on the Coldwater Creek breaks, providing stunning views of the surrounding canyon terrain. While there is rolling ground on the ranch, the mostly flat landscape here is ideal for ranching. The hunting experience is unique to this property with its location on the edge of the breaks. Wildlife that can be seen on the property include mule and whitetail deer, turkey, quail and other native game. Water is available via one well plus water tanks strategically placed across the property. In addition, there is extensive fencing on this property with several traps, which make moving and gathering cattle an easy task.
