Congratulations to Ranch Marketing Associates and M4 Ranch Group for the joint sale this week of 56,061-acre Wolf Springs Ranch, an outstanding legacy ranch set along the eastern front of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in south-central Colorado. This sale occurred on October 26, 2017, and marks the second-largest land sale of the year to date after the sale of 83,368-acre Cielo Vista Ranch in a similar region of the state this August. Wolf Springs was a featured property in the fall 2017 issue of LAND magazine.

Assembled by the previous owner over many years from a patchwork of small purchases and public land trades, the ranch is a recreational paradise that is, in short, one of the true gems of the American West.
