Comparable sales for land are available through the Land.com Comparable Sales Program for both land sellers, buyers, and real estate professionals. This national database of land comps contains detailed information about each sold property to ensure accurate comparisons can be made.
The Comparable Sales Program was put together to have one centralized, nationwide location to assist in the first step of valuating properties. Each Lands of America member has the ability to share information about properties they are involved with selling. As a result of sharing this information, they are enabled to search the entire program for comparable sales.

The program allows you to search through sales comps based on location, price, date, acreage, house details, and more. Build reports, browse property details, or print out the list for your clients, all within our land comp admin tool. You will see property comparison data by:
- Property location (by city and county)
- Days on market
- Sold date
- Asking and selling price
- Total acreage
- Price per acre
