Many of the more than 400,000 properties are fed into the Lands of America platform from ListHub and partnering Multiple Listing Services (MLS). These properties are accepted as a service to our buyers so they have access to the largest inventory of on market land listings and rural properties available. Property listings from these feeds show up at the bottom of our search results, but still must meet our guidelines to be included in our network. If you did not subscribe through Lands of America, your property may be fed into our system from ListHub or their participating MLS providers.
While your property is displayed on Lands of America, you will receive lead notifications and property interest inquires from interested buyers via email through Lands of America. These will be sent to the email you provided to the listing service and appear from Lands of America. Paid subscribers receive additional benefits and traffic along with premium listing placement, and typically receive 90% more leads and 12-20 times as many buyer views. If you have a Lands of America account, you may login and correct or change your listing directly. These changes will take effect immediately.
If your listing comes to us from another source, then you must modify the original listing placement with your provider. The Lands of America feed is updated every night, so changes may take a day to correct in our system.
How do I remove my property from Lands of America?
If you have a Lands of America account, you may login to remove listing directly, or make account changes. These changes will take effect immediately.
If your listing comes to us from another source, and you do not have an account with us, then you must modify the original listing placement with your provider. They will be able to remove the property or prevent it from being passed to us. The Lands of America feed is updated every night, so changes may take a day to remove from our system.
Once removed, you will stop receiving leads and property interest inquiries from interested buyers through Lands of America and our network.
Is my property listed on any other website?
If you signed up through Lands of America, your listing will be displayed throughout our larger network. Basic members will see their property on our associated state site (such as LandsofTexas.com, or LandsofOklahoma.com) while Platinum members will see their listings on a number of partner websites such as Equine.com, Land And Farm, and various specialty websites and newspapers throughout the country.
