Buyers searching for land on LandWatch have new tools at their fingertips to get them the results they’re looking for. Check out these new search features, and learn how to use them to go about finding the land of your dreams.
Using Search Filters
LandWatch has recently been redesigned from the ground up to be fully responsive across devices with a more user-friendly layout, including new filters you can apply to your search to find exactly what you are looking for.
After typing a location into the search bar and pressing “Search”, you’ll see a host of options to filter by, such as City, Price, Parcel Size, Property Type, etc. Adding one or more of these filters will narrow your search results down to listings that fit your specific criteria. You can then sort those search results by acreage, price, or listing age.
Once you land on a listing you love, simply click into property page to learn more about all it has to offer.
Search by Map
An always popular LandWatch feature, our interactive maps, have been improved as part of our site’s redesign. Our map-based search tool can help anyone who isn’t quite sure of the location in which they want their property search to start.
Using the “Search by Map” button, you can select your desired state. From those search results, navigate to the map at the top left-side of the page, then, use your mouse to further highlight areas of a state to narrow your search to a precise location.
Save Your Search
LandWatch now allows you to save specific properties you like and search criteria that you’re interested in, providing notifications when new properties that meet your requirements become available.
First, make sure you’re logged into your LandWatch account. Then, simply navigate to the “Save Search” button in the top right corner, name your search, and set the frequency at which you’d like to receive email updates.
If you just want to save and receive updates regarding a particular listing, you can select the heart shaped icon on the listing in your search results, or on the top right-hand side of the property details page.
We hope the above information is helpful in making your land research and buying experience as seamless as possible on the new LandWatch. If you have any questions, comments or feedback, please don’t hesitate to contact our team by email at support@land.com.
