How It Works

The Land Star Awards spotlight the brokers, agents, and companies driving real deals across the Land.com network. Built on verified transaction data, this program is designed to recognize performance where it counts. Actual land sold.

Here’s how it all comes together:

Quarterly Awards

• Awards are based on submitted comps (sales data) within each U.S. region
• We recognize the top 5% of all submitted comps in every region
• Categories include:
  • Individual Sales Volume
  • Individual Acreage
  • Company Sales Volume
  • Company Acreage
• How to Enter
  • Brokers and agents submit comps directly through their Marketing Hub dashboard
  • We send reminder emails during the final 1–2 weeks of each quarter so you don’t miss your window
• When Winners Are Announced
  • Look for winner announcements via email 2–3 weeks after the quarter closes

Annual Awards

• Annual winners are selected from the top 5% of quarterly winners across all four quarters
• Recognition includes:
  • Physical trophies for the top 5% in:
    • Individual Sales Volume (annual category only)
  • Digital award assets for:
    • All other annual winners
    • All quarterly winners
