Ranchman Properties
In the land business, a property is rarely just real estate—it can carry heritage, livelihood, recreation, and the responsibility to steward something lasting. Ranchman Properties was built with that perspective.
Based in Denton, Texas, Ranchman Properties specializes in farm, ranch, recreational, and development land across Texas and Oklahoma. The firm was founded by land brokers Ben Clark and Jason Trosper, whose passion for rural property and the western lifestyle shaped the company’s direction.
From the start, the goal was to be more than a traditional brokerage—to understand the landowner and the land. Ranchman represents legacy ranches held for generations, helps buyers secure their first recreational property, and guides investors toward strategic opportunities.
Clark and Trosper also serve as Co-Directors of KW Land, Keller Williams’ global community of land specialists. Through that work, they connect and support land-focused agents nationwide and help raise the bar for training, collaboration, and professionalism in land brokerage.
Trosper brings deep agricultural roots—four generations of farming and ranching in the Texas Panhandle—along with nearly two decades in corporate marketing and leadership. That blend of stewardship and strategy informs how Ranchman positions properties and reaches the right buyers.
Clark’s focus is growth and leadership, building systems and training that help land specialists serve clients well. Through Ranchman Properties and KW Land, he continues shaping a more connected, informed land brokerage community.
Together, Clark and Trosper built Ranchman Properties on a simple belief: relationships matter more than transactions.
Selling or acquiring land often carries financial, emotional, and generational weight. Ranchman approaches each relationship with trust, clear communication, and a long-term mindset.
The firm represents working ranches and agricultural land, recreational retreats, and development tracts. Each listing is supported by a tailored marketing plan that highlights what makes the land valuable—wildlife habitat, water resources, agricultural productivity, or long-term investment potential.
Ranchman is also defined by a genuine connection to the land lifestyle. The team shares many of the same interests as its clients—hunting, fishing, ranching, and raising families rooted in rural values.
That shared understanding helps Ranchman serve as both broker and trusted advisor for landowners navigating important decisions.
As Texas and Oklahoma continue to grow and land demand evolves, Ranchman Properties remains focused on its core mission: helping families buy, sell, and steward land in ways that honor the past while creating opportunity for the future.
