Tom Sullivan founded Covey Rise Properties with a clear vision: to create a boutique brokerage exclusively dedicated to land, farm, equestrian, and estate properties throughout Tennessee. Born from Tom’s deep-rooted passion for the land and his recognition of an underserved niche in the real estate market, Covey Rise Properties quickly established itself as the premier land specialist in the region.

Tom’s innate enthusiasm for selling land is evident in any conversation about land and farms. As a Tennessee native, he is knowledgeable about every region of the state, with a focus on Middle Tennessee. His 10-year stint in the Plantation Belt of Albany, Georgia, further instilled a love for the land and solidified the benefits of land ownership.
Tom’s corporate experience also taught him that it is important to not only be a good steward of the land, but also to be a good steward of his clients’ money. He is very knowledgeable about land acquisition for investment and strongly believes that land is one of the safest asset classes to place money.
He has consistently been in the top 1% in sales volume in Tennessee.
As a farm owner himself, Tom has experienced the self-fulfillment that there is “nothing like a farm.” His farm in Williamson County is complete with a guest cottage, party barn, spring creek, pond, UTVs, four wheelers, tractors and an antique truck—and is always open as a model farm to those wanting to test drive the lifestyle they are seeking.

and Savannah.
